too cold to ride this afternoon, so let's plan soom warm weather rides - anyone wishing to join us is welcome.
the rides will be on alternated tuesdays & wednesdays, begin at 8 am, and return by 6 pm.
these spring rides are all around 100 miles long except for the madison county loop which only feels like 100 miles ! they have around 7 - 8,000 feet of climb.
for me these are relaxed all day rides but there is always a faster group who does not poke along with me. ralph has put all these rides on the club web site for you to get your copy.
i will always send out an email notice one week before with details. 3 of these rides will have a remote start. as in the past few years, non-brbc members will be asked to sign a waver before the ride.

tues - april 5 - hot springs ride - always our first ride of the season - still using micheal davis's pro bikes route
wed - april 13 - caesars head ride - still using a portion of the spartanburg freewheelers route given to me by my friend jackson mccarter
tues - april 19 - green river ride - ralph's route including the alp du saluda
wed - april 27 - weaverville / mitchell / burnsville ride - using highway 80 to burnsville
tues - may 3 - no ride this week - some of us are doing the david sutton ride in south carolina
wed - may 11 - reverse dogget ride - our second visit to doggett for the year
tues - may 17 - 215 ride - still using john mccollum's route to rosman - a tough climb with the devil watching from his courthouse
wed - may 25 - marion / mitchell ride - using the old 70 greenway or the old route out garren creek - see mitchell again
tues - may 31 - roan mountain ride - still using mike ward's addition of michale davis's roan moan in reverse
wed - june 8th - madison county loop - my favorite ride - using my friend harold phillip's 1994 route - hopefully he will join us
