Woodfin Ox Creek Plunge We meander thru the neighborhood of stately old homes in Asheville. We make our way through the neighborhood near the Grove Park Inn. We then follow Town Mountain Rd. out to the parkway. We head up Bull Gap to the Ox Creek plunge. We make our way through Weaverville. We then head back to Jenkins Valley with a final push back to Woodfin Riverside Park. This version of Ox Creek Plunge minimizes travel on Reems Creek Rd.

B+ version of the monthly Cycle-n-Suds ride. The route starts with a loop south of Hendersonville where we will tackle Pinnacle Mtn starting about mile 16. After a rest stop at Flat Rock Village Bakery at around mile 29 (the 2nd time past the bakery) we‘ll proceed to the northwest where we‘ll have rolling hills for the remainder of the ride. There is only the one planned rest stop mentioned above although we will regroup as needed.

Spring Out offers three route options which can be previewed via AoB’s Spring Out RWGPS Spring Out page. Preview the routes and download them to your device for turn-by-turn directions. Ride More - 14 miles that includes the Cruiser and Main Ride plus a climb up Beaucatcher and a roll along the old logging road. Main Ride - 9 miles that include the Cruiser plus a climb into downtown Asheville and around Pritchard Park before heading back to the River Arts District.
