The Listserver is an email bulletin board that allows BRBC members and
other cyclists to share information about the club and cycling activities.
Getting started is a little tedious, but after that you can just send emails to
the Listserver without going there. And, you can have all the emails
on the Listserver automatically sent to your email address. It's a
great way to keep up with what's going on.
Here's where to find it:

(You may want to start a second
browser so you can switch between these instructions and the
Listserver.)
1. When you go there
for the first time, you'll see the screen below. To subscribe, you can
click one of the buttons that say subscribe, join, etc. Or, you can send email to
brbc-subscribe@topica.com
You will receive an invitation email, and you must respond to that in
order to complete the process.
2. Once you've joined, come back to the page and choose the Login button at the
upper right corner. Supply your email and password on the login page that appears.

3. Then, on the next page, choose My Topica from the top of the page. Look hard, because they don't make it easy to see.
4. You'll see the list you've
signed up for. You can click on the list name to go to it.
5. The next screen lets you choose how/whether to have messages sent to you by
email.
If you choose Messages, each message is sent to your email address as
it arrives.
If you choose Digests, you'll get a group of messages
periodically.
Of course, you can also leave yourself set to "Web Only - No
Email".
When you're ready to proceed, click Save
Changes, then Read Messages.
6. The Messages screen is pretty much self-explanatory.
You click on a message's title to read it.
The Reply button lets you respond
to an existing message.
The
Post button lets you send a new message.
